Why TPU is the Game Changer

We print every BBz™ using TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane). Unlike silicone, which is soft and gummy, TPU is a bridge between rubber and hard plastic.

• Impact Armor: It is rigid enough to hold its shape but flexible enough to absorb the energy of a drop on concrete or rock.
• Zero "Baggy Sock" Syndrome: It won’t stretch out or slip off after a few months of use.
• Dust & Lint Resistant: Slide it into your backpack or gym bag—it won’t come out covered in dust like sticky silicone boots do.

STEP 1: THE ANGLE APPROACH

Don't try to push the bumper straight up from the bottom. Tilt the bumper slightly (about 30 degrees) relative to the bottle base.

STEP 2: HOOK THE EDGE

Hook one side of the BBz interior rim over the bottom edge of your YETI®.

STEP 3: PRESS & WIGGLE

While keeping that edge hooked, firmly press the rest of the bumper up onto the bottle. A slight twisting motion or "wiggle" helps it seat perfectly into place.
